This (repeated) release confirms that $AMFN is now in the Amplification Phase of their campaign. By releasing this second announcement today (April 24), they are essentially re-tagging yesterday's editorial to ensure it stays at the top of the news feeds for the weekend.

Below is the breakdown of why they are double-dipping on this specific AINewsWire coverage.

1) The Newsroom Anchor approach 🙄 as by issuing a formal GlobeNewswire release about the editorial, they create a permanent, searchable record on major financial terminals (Bloomberg, Reuters, Dow Jones).

a) Seems they realized after yesterday’s pump press didn’t have the desired affect that a standalone editorial on a blog or niche site can be ignored. A GlobeNewswire release announcing that editorial forces the news onto the official AMFN News tab on E*Trade, Schwab, and Fidelity. Should have been issued on a major wire service yesterday, yet they have already paid for their promotional releases & services company that released said news yesterday.

b) Why? This is an additional expense (approx. $1,000 - $1,500 depending on the chosen paid for package) on top of the editorial costs I posted yesterday used specifically to validate the paid for content released yesterday.

2) Again they continue their attempt @ Branding the Texatron™"

a) Notice the repetitive use of the trademark symbol (TM). [color=red]This is a legal and marketing setup for the ASC 805 IP valuation I have referenced many times in relation to the PCAOB audit.

b) By repeatedly naming the Texatron™ aneutronic fusion platform in official wire releases, they are building the Brand Equity that their accountants will use to attempt to justify the Intrinsic Value in the Q1 10-Q.

c) They are moving attempting to move away from being seen as a Ticker (AMFN) and trying to be seen as a Platform(Texatron™).

3) The almost comical continued use of inserting InstitutionalLanguage

a) The language in this release is significantly more corporate than previous updates. Terms like disciplined intellectual property development and infrastructure-grade deployment are designed to appeal to the Frankfurt Stock Exchange listing requirements and potential European stakeholders.

b) They are attempting to distance themselves from the OTC/Pink Sheet stigma by using the same vocabulary as NextEra or GE Vernova.🙄

c) Now what this means for the Costello Block and Share Structure 🫣 This news acts as a smoke screen. While the public is reading about aneutronic fusion and AI energy constraints the actual mechanics of the company are happening elsewhere.

d) The Washington Order is being executed by the Transfer Agent in the background. Amended court order discussed just yesterday I believe.

e) The Nevada Stock Change, let's remember is sitting on file, ready to be triggered once this AI hype creates enough buying volume to sustain a change in the share math, (classification of said files to also include corporate actions like a R/S)

Today let’s keep an eye on the volume, is the volume higher today than yesterday? If re-releasing the news doesn't spike volume, the hype may be hitting a ceiling.
