It would be better if he filed a Form 10... OTCQB without being a SEC registrant doesn't help much. Just a pink OTC stock with a little lipstick. Need both for big players to consider taking this seriously. And the problem with an R/S is many times, heck almost always... They just drift back down. Would need to do more than 10 for 1... try 50 for 1. And that would make the O/S 80 million instead of over 4 billion...
