Guys have some patience please. As Mr. Pulte stated a few days ago to the FOX news reporter: "We are ready, able, and willing, and locked and loaded for the IPO and release from Conservatorship. We just need President Trump marching orders to proceed".
Anyone not hearing this message is denying themselves a great financial winfall when the man in the Oval Office gives his marching orders to Mr. Pulte. We could not have a better setup for a massive stock rocketship to Mars run up.
If I was a smart investor I would be loading up the truck with FNMA and FMCC shares like there is no tomorrow Nowwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww!
