Exactly- and the answer seems to be that here is no active "pump" going on, so let's consider other options. One obvious one is that folks are rolling the dice and getting in ahead of any announcement regarding the preliminary results of the independent tester. Another is that someone (or a bunch of someones) are already privy to some of those preliminary results which, while unfair and illegal, has never stopped penny players before, LOL.
