Sounds more reasonable for common BELR shareholders since there will not be massive dilution to satisfy the 4BK private investors. All I can say though is that 4BK private investors are SCREWED!!!


BELR was and still is a SHARE SELLING SCAM being perpetuated by WANNABES!!!
