Hey FB we do hope Soon the DA was to be signed by the end of December 2025. But did not get signed until March 24 2026. 3 months later which is not that bad considering how much money and time goes into Those DAs, But it IS Done, and is a Major Step. Now both companies have a lot to lose if this doesn't Close Due to the Penalties involved. As always in My opinion only.
