I am all for bonuses, rewarding on above the norm performance. You can love the technology or the potential, but you cant love the results. KOPN is becoming a bloated pig with the share count, heading toward 200 million. Company hasnt been able to deliver over 50 million of revenue for decades, hasnt been profitable since the beginning of time. Yes, it revamped its production, changed strategy, and that got us where? Share price is the only thing that matters, and KOPN has failed and failed miserably. Murray you want shares, over your bloated salary and bonuses? make your bonus strictly tied to share price. Otherwise I am voting NO
