You're proposing stuff that a non-filing OTC company might get away with...but not an SEC-filer. The SEC won't look the other way if RITE tries to "validate a $432 million value" with a handful of samples, no matter how good the results are. That's not full exploration, not a feasibility study, and completely insufficient to determine reserves.

Or are you just trying to be funny?

My prediction....RITE's time as an SEC filer will not be long.
