Agreement and Provides Corporate Update

Nevada-based corporation headquartered in Bonita Springs, FL with a groundbreaking portfolio of
cutting-edge, eco-friendly products designed to revolutionize industries and establish leadership in
pioneering clean engineered chemistry solutions, today announced the execution of a major
Asia-Pacific (APAC) Sales Agency Agreement and provided updates on recent corporate
developments.
BKTH Secures Exclusive APAC Sales & Licensing Partner
Breakthrough Chemistry has entered into an exclusive Master APAC Sales & Licensing Agreement
with Interway International Ltd., a Hong Kong based commercial and operational partner. Under the
agreement, Interway becomes BKTH’s exclusive Master APAC Agent across all sovereign APAC
jurisdictions.
Interway will manage regional sales channels, distributor onboarding, regulatory filings,
warehousing, logistics, invoicing, collections, and customer support through its existing Hong Kong
corporate structure. BKTH contributes no capital, inventory, or credit to APAC operations and
retains 100% ownership of all patents, formulas, and intellectual property.
The agreement includes a one-time USD $100,000 APAC Agency Fee, tiered profit-sharing, and
BKTH approval rights for all sublicensing activities.
