You would be wrong about all of that. For Muslims, an "infidel"--kafir--is a person who doesn't believe in God. Needless to say, that excludes Christians and Jews. And, for that matter, most other people.

And of course all three are Abrahamic religions, tracing their roots to the old testament. Muslims believe Jesus was a great prophet. Just not the son of God.
