Patients can have biological activity without meeting response criteria. Also, EGFR resistance in CRC is often subclonal and dynamic, not always permanent.
But this isn't a clean cetuximab rechallenge. FT836 changes the mechanism with both the CAR and CD16 receptor. So even if cetuximab didn't produce an objective response before, it doesn't mean it can't contribute in this context, which is different biologically.
