Affluence Corp (AFFU)

AFFUD is a PINK stock and nobody is talking about the late Annual Report.
Many of us assume they are going to file the Annual Report soon but i now don’t see it getting done until it gets closer for that D to fall off.

The D stays on for about 20 days.

One thing for certain with AFFU/AFFUD is that if the Annual Report gets filed soon Affluence Corp will get an uplisting, after all it had the down listing.
They just never told us they would cause a down listing to do an uplisting.

The Annual Report better have a bunch of great stuff in it with lots of great news to follow if they ever want to do a real serious uplisting.
My AFFUD shares are now showing in think or swim platform
Tomorrow will tell if most will keep holding or start dumping. I will be holding. I think they have been holding off on a bunch of news until they file the Annual Report and the D falls off.
We also need to know the Share Structure update

It is going to take a couple updates to see if they dumped more shares or not.
