They were about a month ahead of the 90-day deadline to submit the PHMSA report required on February 6th, based on the March progress report.

DOE semi-annual was two weeks old when it came out, written in March, and was submitted on 4/1.

Gotta figure they likely submitted by now or in that time, so end of April or early May likely for response, but I wouldn’t expect FID the next day.

Probably a week of lag in between would be a safe bet
