$TIPS ~Welcome aboard Elks, What's great about this two day rise is that after it had dropped all the way down to .0003 3 days ago it became super oversold and now after two days of rising North with the floodwaters of interest pouring in we are sitting at a neutral 59.18 RSI which isn't any where near the overbought territory yet, so with that in mind I think I may need to purchase a few more million shares on Monday morning. It can rise to a half a penny in the next two days of trading before it hits a 70 to 80 RSI. We're golden!
