Affluence Corp (AFFU)

I wondered if it wasn't going to have trouble as to making it to second quarter's end being at a no bid for so long...I guess I got my answer.

The RS will take place after the end of the second quarter of 2026, as will the necessary changes that will begin the process of MTi assuming control of Affluence Corp... there will be control by MTi, there will be a name and symbol change and there will be a move from the company being head quartered in the U.S to Spain. The process to move from the OTC to the NASDAQ will also begin at that time... it will all be done at the start of the first quarter of 2027.
