ChanceVision,

All in all, this is good news, but no knockout for the company and its shareholders.

What makes this news important? It is the fact that it brings the story of rGO to the reality. Namely, the press release states that the modular production facility is now in the late stages of construction and that after its transport and installation for the purposes of commissioning the results will be used as a basis for further development into a production line that will have a daily processing capacity of 50 tons. That is the step that will move the story to an operational reality.

Why it is important for us shareholders? Because in case of success, the technology could allow to improve recovery efficiency, minimize loss in tailings, and open the second revenue stream from technology licensing. Besides, successful commissioning will provide additional leverage during the licensing discussions, and as the company has already made known about receiving LOI from a large-scale miner for the same purpose, it means that the business case behind the company's technology may become even more attractive.

Now the harsh reality, commissioning does not bring cash flow. Despite how good it sounds, this news does not mean that commercial operation was launched successfully, that there is any new income, or that margins have increased. What it means is that the company has advanced to the stage when it is ready to conduct live test of its technologies. And before we get to see any numbers, recovery rate, or the timeline of rolling out 50 TPD capacity, all this stays speculative.

In my honest opinion, this news is material, as it is positive for the shareholders in the sense that it demonstrates some tangible progress in implementing the company's strategy.
