I think what will happen in the end is that the ITC investigation will force Samsung into a settlement. Once that happens, the rest will fall into the settlement conga line. They all will play nice, to be able to use Netlist IP via the royalty route. Netlist will make a LOT more money by allowing ALL of them to pay royalties, than just staying with a single company.

If the 912 (claim 16) patent is finally affirmed in the end (AGAIN), that will be the nail in Googles coffin. They will still fight it and drag it out as long as they can. But the truth is that Google will loose and they will be the biggest money maker for NLST as far as past royalties due. And then GOOGLE will have to pay for royalties going FORWARD too, just like the rest.

If everything works out right? People really have no idea of how much the market cap of Netlist could eventually be worth. Yup - if everything works out right....

It's still down the road a piece. But if everything works out, this could be an amazing ride.
