when I was 22-25 I hit ball 280 - have receipts from long ball contests - wooden heads steel shafts. yes loaded up with lead tape on head just for contests but say I hit it 260 was a 10. fast forward 30 years ( maybe more) I hit ball 220-230 I am a solid 5 hcp - was between 3 and 6 last year. obviously i have a short game now LOL
