1) The Legal Defense is the real news in todays PR
a) Management is using a classic legal maneuver in the Delaware Court of Chancery.

b) The Motion to Dismiss: They are arguing lack of subject matter jurisdiction. In plain English, they are telling the Delaware judge You don't have the authority to hear this case because the real fight is happening in Washington.

c) AMFN wants to consolidate all litigation in Washington, where they already secured the order to cancel the 1.68 billion shares. If they can get Delaware to back off, it removes the conflicting court risk that could block their May 14th SEC effectiveness.

2) The hiring of advisor, Samuel Reid (CEO of Geometric Energy Corporation) is a credibility by proxy move. (w/ his credentials should help)

a) The Space Connection🤔 as Reid is best known for the DOGE-1 Moon Mission (a SpaceX-related project). By bringing him on, AMFN is trying to capture some of the Musk-adjacent excitement.

b) Now for those Buzzwords as the PR mentions NATO and the Canadian Department of National Defence.

c) When in actuality $Engagement with these bodies often means the advisor has a CAGE code Good (a registration number to bid on contracts). It does not mean the U.S. Navy or NATO has tested a Texatron or signed a contract.

3) The Institutional Pivot as notice the change in language. They are no longer just talking about fusion; they are talking about non-dilutive funding and procurement frameworks.

a) They know they can't survive on retail stock sales forever. They are signaling to the market that they are going to chase SBIR (Small Business Innovation Research) grants.

b) The $Disconnect as I have already posted, ARPA-E and the DOE have strict technical audits. A $Strategy $Advisor can help fill out the paperwork, but they cannot fix the underlying physics of a reactor that isn't yet producing net energy.

c) The informative reality as access to non-dilutive funding is a goal, not a reality. They haven't received a dime in government grants to date.

d) Previously ordered share cancellation status; they are still working with the transfer agent. The OS (Outstanding Shares) count on OTC Markets has not yet dropped. (I do believe it will be forthcoming if & only if...)

e) European fusion ecosystem (ITER) ITER is the most anti-Texatron project imaginable (a massive, $25B steady-state Tokamak). Claiming alignment with ITER is like a bicycle company saying they are aligning with Boeing.

f) Today's PR was meant to be a $confidence $builder (btw seems to be working) as it was intended to keep the stock price stable while they wait for the Transfer Agent to finish the paperwork and for the SEC clock to run out on May 14th. It adds $Government and $Space buzzwords to the narrative to make the company look bigger than a Southlake, Texas office suite. Again more to be forthcoming on that Southlake TX address
