Why can’t they raise $10mil if they will then be qualifying for $150mil government grant? Seems like an easy task. If the gov phase is pretty much guaranteed once they come up with the min investment of 7-10mil, why can’t they borrow or raise these funds to get what they need to finally move into production. Seems like it is not that hard of a task, especially if everything works as they claim…
