My guess is IDE submitting date was delayed to pushed PPS down. Markets are very sensitive. If company said IDE submitting date will be on end of March or begin of April, but didn't realized, Bashers ,opportunistically scattered some rumors to scare people do panic sell. But believers are accumulated more shares So traded like huge volume, PPS down not up. I believe that CEO delayed IDE submitting date is to gruntee100% chance to get FDA approval.
