In slide 8, the company presents mPFS with currently available therapies and notes that a >40% improvement versus existing TKIs would be practice-changing, setting a target of approximately 15 months mPFS. Slide 11 compares CNS ORR of silevertinib with firmonertinib, osimertinib, and afatinib, where silevertinib appears to show the strongest results, with CNS ORR around 86% (rather than 100% which was possible before one patient confirmation scan).
