Nope there is NO conflicting cases 🙄 The Delaware Court of Chancery hearing regarding the motions for expedited proceedings and preliminary injunctive relief was held on Friday, March 13, 2026. Care to guess who the courts ruling favored.

Uh....they merely ruled on motions to "Expedite" aka move the docket up for abnormal reasons (normally only granted for true emergencies, justice can't be served if docket allowed to play out blah blah) etc.....as in "emergency ruling and speed please" blah blah.....

SCOTUS does this allll the freaking time....they don't punt the case necessarily...they merely rule..."NO...we're not going to hear it under emergency timing and accelerated reasons....let it play out in the lower courts...we'll take a look at it then....IF needed.." etc.....

The DE case... other than that....just moves back on-calendar and normal docket...which is sloooow as a 3 legged turtle named Lucky...it's far from over....sorry :))

AND....that ain't even getting into the fact the WA case can be appealed.....

OR.....as I stated...a FED case can be brought....and put the brakes and KYBOSH on all the state court piddly shit matters....instantly.....which is very likely to happen.....watch.....
