Most attorneys would see Matthew Moore as a very high risk with little hope of ever getting a return. And few private attoneys want to deal with bat shit crazy criminals unless it's very high profile. Just not worth it. Get out early and write the loss off.

I have a very good friend....the dude is a top, top top of the heap malpractice attorney....we got to know each other when he was involved in helping bust-down another scam OTC ticker "I worked" for many years....now at No Bid......Skull & Bones...we nailed that thing like a tactical nuke....including FEDS and 3 Ltr agencies....this trial lawyer....he sued um numerous times involving "harm" they did to people....and mopped the floor with them....
He and I interestingly...had a decent chat and exchange once regarding Ketamine...and "K clinics" for same.... popping up like pez candy factories....and the myth....that the stuff is benign and harmless blah blah.....
As this guy sees and tracks EVERY high risk medical issue....as it's his bread and butter....his father was a very successful physician...he knows "medicine"...has a massive legal research team in-house etc...and Ketamine...his words..."Stuff scares the shit out of me....I'd never touch it in a million years and yes....I expect to have the phone start ringing sooner than later and yes...I've already had some inquires as to med-mal potential cases...just not one "yet" that I felt was in my league or enough damages to take-on...but I'm 100% sure I'll have one in the future" blah blah...paraphrasing but near word for word accurate...one of the smartest and most shrewd guys I've ever crossed paths with in life....and his record speaks for itself....he's a wrecking ball trial lawyer...gets massive cases and massive wins...not some ambulance chaser bullshit...but the real deal....

Does Ketamine potentially have a "place" in medicine - yes. Is it highly controversial still...HUGE YES !!! But look at WTF MATTY BOY SAID and SAYS.....

The product he's being administered is Spravato aka branded Ketamine. I looked it up - as to "Standard of care" and dosing and frequency etc.
STANDARD OF CARE of K aka Spravato for "treatment resistant depression" is typically something like this:
1) Initial dosing for no more than about 8 weeks at 2 dosing sessions per week...aka 16 doses max or so...100% monitored for the stuff can cause all kinds of serious side effects etc.
2) Then after initial dosing aka about 16 doses max.....taper to maybe ONE dose a week max....for a few more weeks...
3) THEN...maintenance phase...."maybe" a dose per MONTH....if even needed blah blah blah.....
THUS....an entire FDA and Spravado the manufacturer physician guidelines state...."Approx 20 doses TOTAL"....and that would be spread over several months.....thee end....I found NO literature....no credible medical studies....nothing...where a person would hit 75 OR MORE DOSING SESSIONS in what Matty Boy describes...as a freaking span of "maybe" a yr....if not even more compressed time than that WTF ????
