Canada's LARGEST generic drug manufacturer, Apotex Inc., to go public in the first half of THIS year -- 2026:

They are using Jefferies Financial Group.

In addition to being the LARGEST generic drug manufacturer in Canada, they are also a TOP-5 generic supplier in the U.S.

Apotex Inc. is a private company owned by SK Capital Partners and does not currently have public stock, but it is planning a Toronto IPO for the first half of 2026 aiming to raise up to C$1 billion. The generic drugmaker was acquired in 2023, with the company valuation then estimated at C$3 billion to C$4 billion.
