I had forgotten about that band.

And running might be Jason Black's only option to avoid stiff sentencing by the judge.

SAPX is forever tainted. I can only imagine how much fraud is in their financial statements and other regulatory filings.

Looking at Jason Blacks looooooooong rap sheet and priors, he'll be lucky if he gets just one year in one of Georgia's finest penitentiaries.

My guess is he'll get three to five years in prison.

Jason Black has previoualy been arrested for:

Burglary
Criminal mischief
Simple assault
Criminal tresspass
Harassment/Physical contact
Larceny
Possesion of contraband
Terroristic threats
Recklessly endangering another person
Driving under the influence of alcohol
Disorderly conduct
Public intoxication
Public urination
Fugitive from justice

Add the recent domestic violence, obstruction and parole violations for which he hasn't been arraigned yet to the list.

....not to mention his SAPX fraud.

Unless he runs, someone will have to bake him a cake with a file in it. Then he can run back to his hole in the ceiling of his garage to continue hiding out.

Couldn't have happened to a better criminal.
