Stokd $NLST Again the US DOJ & USPTO have intervened in support of Netlist and against Samsung. It really does feel like something is being set up and built up, that will surely come to a crescendo.

What do you think ultimately happens in a scenario where a US company that is being supported by the government against a foreign company who is trying to garner the attention and graciousness of the US in hopes of establishing better business relations.

It's hard to fathom now, with the DOJ attention on Netlist and scrutiny against Samsung, that there is not a deal made sooner than I previously thought would happen with Samsung. This aspect completely changes the dynamics and you can bet Micron and others are paying attention.

Regarding SK, I’m sure Chuck would’ve said something if he could or if definitive…there are reasons he’s quiet. It's a big picture, keep perspective on all circumstances combined with their progress and weight over time...things are going to happen, good things, patience!
