Did investors in Nils' previous scams learn anything when it turned out that the coal mines were nonexistent? And the gold mines were not actually owned by Nils?

I'll bet some did, but many probably turned right around and invested in BMXI despite the obvious red flags. Easiest people to scam are those that have been scammed before.

Do your own research, use third-party sources, and don't buy into the hype.
