Cologuard false positives aren't as bad as false positives for many kinds of diagnostics because you simply get a colonoscopy.

I like the fact the Exact Sciences (now part of ABT) does all of the Cologuard processing at a single lab where the technicians have a lot of experience with the test. This is often not the case for CRC liquid biopsies.
