I just can't see FMG management agreeing with FN in having any control over stopping potential mine construction if FN initially agreed to the mine being built. Shouldn't that be under the oversight of the Canadian government anyway and NOT First Nations? I would think so.

Giving FN any control over stopping construction absolutely makes no business sense whatsoever. We give them everything they want and they STILL have ultimate control of the outcome of the mine being built? FMG would be insane to agree to those terms IMO.

The mine would be delayed most likely for years or maybe not get built at all.

I still say pay them off in FF shares and give them some incentive to get the mine being built. I mentioned that to Dan and he agreed. I would be curious to know if it happened.
