No, Huckleberry. There is no relationship, whatsoever, with the exception of the same surname. That was faulty reporting and assumption, as well as false allegations of inferred unlawful activity.

This apparently came up as individuals determined they wished to background someone who felt that there was shareholder manipulation occurring on bulletin boards. And, it could be argued that the acts of "backgrounding individuals," to include running credit checks, etc., are shareholder manipulation.

That, coupled, with the posting of private fact within public forum, also establishes such an allegation.

In fact, all that occurred was a shareholder, who is semi retired came online to check her securities and ask if there was unlawful shorting activity.

She was immediately attacked and private information about her was posted publicly, including the name of her dog, the location of her recreational vehicle and the names of individuals with the same surname, to include a family that is not only innocent but contributes to the community.

She repeatedly stated that fact and not only was her assertion discarded, but she also provided her personal telephone number so she could validate what she was stating. Nobody bothered to call it.

Instead, speculation and allegations were made about "working for the company," "inside activity," etc., and as a result, an SEC complaint was made against the individuals involved in this activity. These allegations were based on one sentence, which was clarified that the individual worked at a trading desk over twenty five years ago, as a clerical employee. Nobody bothered to look at Nasdaq records to see if a license was currently held. Instead, the allegations were published, again, indicating shareholder harassment.

As well, there has been a request that all this information be removed, which has been ignored by InvestorsHub, therefore, necessitating a complaint with the Attorney Generals Office In Florida and Missouri.

Individuals speak of supoenas "flying around," yet they don't even consider their own actions which result with such ramifications.

A screen name cannot be defamed. A real name can. My real name was given.

It is very sad that individuals are not acting like adults, getting the facts and getting them correctly and using anonymity to harass others.

Isn't it time people grew up and acted like adults?
