SmartStop Self Storage REIT, Inc. (“SmartStop”) (NYSE: SMA), an internally managed real estate investment trust and a premier owner and operator of self-storage facilities in the United States and Canada, announced that it will ring the opening bell at the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) on Thursday, April 2.

The ceremony commemorates SmartStop’s one-year anniversary as a publicly traded company on the NYSE and underscores a year of meaningful growth and strategic execution. Since its listing, SmartStop has continued to expand its platform, strengthen its operating capabilities, and deepen its relationships across the investment community.
