At Ace Energy Advisors, we take pride in transforming regulatory complexity into strategic advantages for our clients and are honored that T5 Smackover Partners and Incendium Resources LLC have entrusted our team to do exactly that on their landmark geothermal energy and critical mineral extraction project.

T5 Smackover Partners and Incendium Resoures LLC are advancing a groundbreaking geothermal project in the Smackover Formation of East Texas, which also includes significant potential for critical mineral extraction as a secondary up-side. This initiative exemplifies the integration of expertise in oil and gas permitting, drilling, and completions with geothermal and treatment technology industries to efficiently develop and produce domestic energy in the U.S.

Through close collaboration with the Railroad Commission of Texas we are navigating, and in some cases developing, a new regulatory pathway for deep geothermal energy projects in the state. With the first well of the project successfully permitted and drilled, and additional permits/wells in the pipeline, we look forward to continuing our partnership with the talented team assembled by T5 and Incendium as we pave the way forward in the energy and technology sectors.
