3I know this is speculation, Conspiracy theory, but to select a name so similar, it will do that.

To make that 300k payment to Electric Metals and additional ones, Hiru/Ameerex needed a side channel. Their own bank accounts were closed.

On this Conspiracy theory EM gets paid from Hiru, except it's from Hiru Investments Inc. with Roxanna Green as the director. Any question ( about Hiru Investments), it's our subsidiary company, Roxanna is the director. Oh OK.

Funds are funneled. Funds are shielded from seizure. Of course this might not be true, it's a theory only. But under the circumstances it has some merit.

What we do know, is the entity was created and incorporated with the same name ( Hiru ) with an Hiru/Ameerex officer in July 2025 in Florida. We know this was never publicly disclosed that it was done including why it was done. So ya it will create speculation, Conspiracy theories & suspicion.
