When a company leads investors to believe that financing plus production are close at hand and then are basically on hold for close to 10 years, something is not right.

The future might be soon but having to pray for government help while telling shareholders constantly they do not need it is another red flag.Niocorp has raised more red flags that a bullfighter in Spain.
