Jeffs’ Brands Ltd (NASDAQ:JFBR) announced that it has changed its corporate name to Nexera Technologies Ltd, effective March 26, 2026, reflecting a strategic shift toward advanced technology and homeland security solutions.
Beginning March 31, 2026, the company’s shares will trade on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the new ticker symbol “NEXR,” while its warrants will be listed under the symbol “NEXRW.”
The rebranding marks a major transition for the company, which is moving beyond its previous focus on traditional e-commerce operations and expanding into areas such as artificial intelligence and security technologies through its subsidiary, KeepZone AI Inc.
Chief Executive Officer Eliyahu Zamir said the change is intended to reposition the company as a technology-driven platform focused on addressing global security needs.
The company noted that the name change and ticker update will not affect shareholder rights, and investors are not required to take any action in connection with the transition.
