Feels like there is an element of the fed here. The MBS buy and jpow lawsuit were the same timeframe. Maybe they had reason to believe he would resign?  Seems like F2 absorb mortgage bonds from the fed and banks absorb treasuries?  Just speculation but that would shrink the feds balance sheet. What it all means for the release we will have to wait and find out
