There is no way to know who is and is not a shareholder here. Except the CEO & CFO who have personal investments of 15,000 shares. However given their positions are valued at $500+/-, I do not consider them shareholders. Moreover, they clearly do not see value above the $0.03s otherwise they would be buyers.
