I heard they're reverse merge is going to be with HELL and The Devil will become the new CEO here. Seems like a perfect fit with a global mining company based in Sin City!

That or its a shell being prepped for future use- and there isn't really a physical company, just some filings and paperwork- and definitely not an actual mining company but if you want to believe that go right ahead.
