Blacklisted or blackmailed?
In January 2026, EdgeMode, Inc.publicly accused Wall Street Global Research of publishing a report that it said was inaccurate and misleading. More importantly, EdgeMode stated that the report was distributed after the company declined to approve paid coverage, and that after publication it was told the path to withdrawal or correction would be a paid engagementinvolving “fresh research” and promoted media placement.
That is EdgeMode’s allegation, not a proven judicial finding. But if true, it would describe a pay-to-fix / publish-negative-then-monetize-correctionmodel, which would be a major credibility problem for any organization claiming to provide independent research.
