You negate the fact that they have no idea how to operate a power plant or data center. Once they buy this somehow, what then? They don't even know the condition of the power generating assets per the 10k. They might need to invest 50 million dollars just to get the power plant in a runnable condition. Explain to me your sales and earnings projections.
