I am not saying that, IR said it. If it is the law, then fine, it's the law. If true, it seems to have divided sentiments on the board. IR had said that they would be issuing a pr to address concerns of shareholders - on what I don't know, and maybe they wont issue a pr. I told her that using a sec auditor was essential to shareholder confidence regardless of any laws regarding final approval. After she explained the government signing off on Af's as a mark of credibility, I didn't know what to say, other than that for shareholders, my guess is that a sec auditor is all that matters regardless of that other step which some view as negative, positive or not true. Anyways, that's the last conversation I have had with the IR.
