I saw a lot of positives in the filling. -CEO owns billions of shares -Assets worth hundreds of millions reviewed by independent party -millions cash on hand -cash paid for mergers/acquisitions -more businesses actively being sought -this filling doesn’t include the two recent acquisitions -no debt -no notes -no dilution
It’s a new public company, they haven’t been up and running for even a year yet.
A lot of nitpickers in here… or they have ulterior motives. I added 95k more shares today. As long as the company keeps doing what they say they are going to do and aren’t needlessly pumping like the majority of other OTC companies, I will remain with my investment and ignore the Fud.
