That is a great question.
Considering that we are on the OTC, it is a moot point because fraud is the name of the game here.(OTC)
The things that go on daily make ASKH look like IBM 😂
If it were a problem, all that would have to be done is for MWR to resign and leave the clean up to a new Ceo.
Selling the shell as has been stated here on numerous occasions is the only card he has left IMHO, because NO ONE will lend him 6 pennies let alone $60 or so million they are supposedly looking for.
CIWM/Medley/Artfield/etc etc is all BS imho since deals do not take 12 years ++++ to consummate.
The shell has value, and he knows this, so it is only a matter of time when he throws in the towel and the rest of us can actually have a chance at real profits, because the odds of a stupider CEO at the helm is next to none IMHO..
As for the fictitious runs we have had over the years, these were designed to dump the free shares form LG/Artfield/etc that were issued for consulting services and convertible financings.
By now everyone should have easily figured out the posters(with 10+ aliases) among various sites that were touting the big deals 😂
Go read ALL of the 10k's from the outset, it is all there
