It appears he is laying low.
But more disturbing, it appears his stable of horses racing is dwindling. With him racing Maiden Claiming it gets even worse.
He spent millions and now is racing nags.

A maiden claiming race is a horse race for "maidens" (horses that have never won a race) where all participants are available to be purchased, or "claimed," for a predetermined price before the race. These races feature inexperienced or lower-ability horses
