Wow, 7 years in any OTC is the definition of bagholder bud.  Sorry but it is.  This pump is and was nothing more than a move by the company to dilute more shares.  OTCN continuously being on the ASK is all anyone that has been in the OTC since 2022 knows to stay clear from any ticker if their present.  They will max out the A/S and then do a RS, just like most of these shit tickers, but hey i wish you luck in your hopes and dreams.
