Do you trust the divy to stay intact? Do you trust management? is management gonna have earnings continue to decline? I get it is cheap, but to have some belief in a turnaround you need a few things.

1) Belief in management. (I don't)

2) signs in the business. If anything it seems to be getting worse.

3) Reduced noise, instead we have them wanting to sell part of the business that is not doing there best, can I say they will not be getting great prices on that. This is the same business that management wanted to pour a ton of investment in not that long ago. Hence getting back to point 1.

When I have this many available opportunities I don't need to buy things that have this many negatives it's cheap, it deserves to be cheap until they figure it out. All is just my opinion, and I could always be wrong though.
