....WE CAN STILL RE-INSTATE THE BANK v. OCC APPEAL and we had baked in PUNITIVE DAMAGES (and a return of the bank??).................point being, bobbie......we do still have tremendous leverage over the FDIC...........and IRS.....................

.....Guy Gibson is calling the shots, via greenburg and his position is 100% rock solid in letting the FDIC play out the situation........however it wants to.....???......

......I really think ALL INVOLVED WANT THIS CASE CLOSED.........broadridge might be playing games, but this is what they do and it won't be too much longer to end all of this nonsense.............
