Yes it could happen be it may not happen until 2027
They definitely announced it way to soon.
Big mistake on management to announce rs 6 months ago unless it was in a contract for terms of the acquisition.
Yes they converted debt and if they had done the conversions at higher prices in a controlled manner more debt would have been paid off and less shares would have diluted us.
Now they have to find a way to get the rest of the debt paid and they may end up doing it on a bunch of good news if they have anything to put out that is interesting.
