Universal Call seems to have faded away as an acquisition that is not happening. It has been 5 months since Universal Cal was announced. Both side had to have done DD on each other. Evidently something didn’t fit. None of us could see the fit or the need for Universal Call. Yes it seemed to have about 40 million in revenues but maybe it was racking up losses. Who really knows, not us.
What we do know is MTi sure was able to act fast and buy Marina Eye-Cam
